Yes. You can send SMS advertising message to unsolicited recipients but you are required to follow the requirements as stated in the Singapore Spam Control Act.

Does your SMS service caters to all the 3 Singapore Telecommunication Operators?
Yes. We can send out to recipients subscribed to any of the 3 Singapore Operators: Singtel, M1 and Starhub.

Is our data secure and what security measures are being taken to prevent misuse of our data
SmsDome carries the TrustSg seal whereby we are required to comply with a stringent code of conduct for online business practice set by the NTC.
The code covers the area of disclosure, privacy, fulfilment, best business practices, and protection of minors and the elderly.

Our data is hosted in our own dedicated Server (not shared) in a secure Data-centre and only authorized personnel can access the data.
In addition, we have our own set of Privacy Policies whereby we do not sell, rent or use the database of our client.
